We understand the cost and implications of downtime when it comes to your computer so we dispatch a tech to site as quickly as possible to get you back up and running. We carry replacement parts and can order parts overnight (if need be) so your computer does not remain down long. Either way the goal is to get you back up running as quickly as possible.

• Ensuring computer is in a normal state operation upon departure from site.
* Prices do not include replacement part costs. Onsite price listed is for up to one hour of onsite time. If the tech has to leave the site at anytime, time will stop at the time of departure and will not resume until he returns to site regarding that particular call.*
